What this screen is for
This one is genuinely not finished
The API has no forgot-password or reset-password route, so there is nothing a form on that page could post to. Rather than collect your address and answer "if that address exists we have sent you a link" to nobody, the page says so.
A form that quietly does nothing is the worst available option: it looks like it worked, you wait for mail that is never coming, and the failure only surfaces days later.
What you can do now
- If you know the password but never confirmed your email, sign in and use Send the verification link again on that page.
- If you are locked out after too many attempts, the lock lifts by itself after about 15 minutes.
- If you cannot get in at all, email support@mailguardhq.com from the address on the account and it is sorted out by hand.
What this screen does not do
It cannot reset anything. The link from the sign-in page still points here rather than being removed, because a sign-in page with no visible recovery path reads as a product that lost your account.
