Forgotten password
The honest version: this one is not finished.
Resetting a forgotten password is not built yet.
The API has no route for it, so there is nothing here that would work. We would rather say that than show a form that quietly does nothing.
What you can do now
- If you know your password but never confirmed your email address, sign in and use Send the verification link again on that page.
- If you are locked out after too many attempts, the lock lifts by itself after 15 minutes.
- If you cannot get in at all, email support@mailguardhq.com from the address on the account and we will sort it out by hand.
