Every figure marked TBC on this page is a placeholder. The cost model is still being approved (MGH-30) and no price is published until it is. The structure below - per seat, 8 seats included, metered overage, a spend cap that never interrupts service - is settled; only the numbers are open.

Seats do not track what a customer costs us. One person monitoring forty busy domains is far more expensive than eight people watching one quiet one. So Pro pairs a per-seat price with an allowance, and meters what goes past it - the same shape as token billing.

You authorise a maximum. We never charge a cent above it without asking you again. You see the usage meter and get warned at TBC% and TBC% of your allowance, plus a notice before any overage is charged.
Reports keep being ingested and your dashboard stays live. What degrades is speed and decoration: processing drops to a lower-priority queue, alerts move from real time to daily, enrichment is deferred and backfilled when you pay. Raw reports are never dropped, so nothing is lost - only delayed.

Your monitoring keeps running on the Free limits. Nothing is deleted at the moment the trial expires, and we will tell you before anything changes.
No. You publish one reporting address and reports start arriving. Guided DNS actions are optional, proposed rather than applied, and need your explicit approval per domain.
Adding a reporting address cannot. Moving to quarantine or reject can, if a legitimate sender is not authenticating - which is exactly why we do not recommend that move until your reports show it is safe.
Your tenant only. Aggregate reports name source IP addresses, which are personal data under GDPR - we handle them as a processor on your behalf. See the DPA.
