Nothing is charged yet, on any plan

There is no checkout, no card on file and no way to change your own plan. Accounts on a paid plan are set up by hand, and Free does not run out while you decide. The prices below are what each plan will cost when billing opens. The monthly ones come from the same table the API reads. The annual ones are not in that table at all - nothing stores an annual price - so they are the monthly price with the discount stated on the switch below applied, and you can check that arithmetic yourself. The build refuses to ship any figure that is neither in the table nor worked out from it by a discount this page publishes.

Most of what the plans below list is not available yet - on any plan, Free included. Each bullet carries the state of the thing it names, taken from the roadmap at build time rather than written by hand, so a bullet marked Planned or Being built is not something you can use today.

Usage

Beyond your allowance, you would be metered in DMARC Credits

Seats do not track what a customer costs us. One person monitoring forty busy domains is far more expensive than eight people watching one quiet one. So the paid plans pair a flat monthly price with a domain and credit allowance, and meter what goes past it - the same shape as token billing.

This is the shape billing will take, not what runs today

No usage is counted and nothing is charged. Free is not metered yet, no retention window is set on any plan, and no spend cap is enforced - the cap is a field on your account that nothing reads. We are publishing the model early so you can judge it before it applies to you, not because it already does.

When each part goes live we will say so here first, and a figure only appears on a plan card once the system carries it.

The spend cap is something we owe you, not something you have

The intent is plain: you authorise a maximum, you see the usage meter before an overage rather than after, and nothing above the maximum is charged without asking you again. None of that is built. Until it is, there is nothing to cap, because there is nothing to charge.

Reaching a limit should slow you down, not cut you off

What we are building towards: report ingestion continues and your dashboard stays live, while speed and decoration give way - lower processing priority, less frequent alerts, enrichment deferred and backfilled. Raw reports would never be dropped. Today nothing changes at a limit, because nothing measures one.

What you would pay Being built

Choose a plan, say how many domains you watch, and ask. Nothing is worked out in your browser and nothing is typed into this page: the answer comes from the same pricing service an invoice would be produced from, so a quote and a bill cannot disagree.

Nothing is priced until you ask. If the pricing service cannot be reached from this page you will be told so, rather than shown a figure that came from somewhere else.

Before you commit to anything

How do I start paying?

You cannot yet. There is no checkout, no plan change in the panel and no card on file - a paid account is set up by hand, by email. Free does not run out while you wait, so nothing lapses in the meantime.

Do you need access to my DNS?

No, and we have no way to change it even if you offered. Monitoring works by you publishing a reporting address in your own zone - though report intake is not reachable from this site yet, so nothing arrives today. Guided DNS actions are not built. When they are, they will be optional, proposed rather than applied, and will need your explicit approval per domain.

Will this break my email?

Adding a reporting address cannot. Moving to quarantine or reject can, if a legitimate sender is not authenticating - which is exactly why we do not recommend that move until your reports show it is safe.

Who can see my report data?

Your tenant only. Aggregate reports name source IP addresses, which are personal data under GDPR - we handle them as a processor on your behalf. See the DPA.
