What this screen is for
Pricing sets out the three plans and the shape the billing will take: a flat monthly price with a domain and credit allowance, metered in DMARC Credits beyond it, under a spend cap you authorise. Nothing on it is charged today.
The thing to notice first
Every monthly price on a plan card comes from the billing table
Each plan's monthly price, seat count, domain count and credit allowance is read from the same table the API reads, and the build fails if the page and the table disagree, if the page leaves out a plan the table charges for, or if any digit appears that did not come from the table - on the page, in its search-engine description, or on this help page. So the cards cannot quietly advertise a figure nothing honours.
The annual prices are the one exception, and they are not in that table: nothing in the system stores an annual price. Each is the monthly price with the discount printed on the billing switch applied, so you can reproduce every one of them yourself - and the build refuses to print one unless that discount is on the page for you to check it against.
Two further things this guarantee does not cover, and the page says so itself. The usage section describes the intended metering model, which no code runs yet - no credit is counted, no retention window is set and no spend cap is enforced. And a figure the system does not carry is not published at all rather than estimated: the Enterprise domain allowance and the price of a domain beyond it are both deliberately absent.
The same build check reads every plan bullet against our own roadmap and prints the state of the thing each one names, so a feature marked Planned or Being built on a plan card is not something you can use today. What that check cannot do is understand English: it catches a number that has no source and a promise written in a form it has been taught, and it will not catch a claim paraphrased into words nobody anticipated. A person reading the page is still the last check there is.
What each part means
- Free
- 1 monitored domain, 1 user, unlimited public checks, which are not yet reachable from this site - the engine is finished, but nothing here can call it, so one run from these pages returns an error today. It has no clock on it and does not turn into anything else. Free is also allowed one API token - the API grants it, deliberately, so that trying the MCP server never needs a card - though that token can never carry permission to write DNS.
- Pro
- 5 monitored domains, 8 seats, and what Free excludes: additional users, more than one token, and guided DNS actions, which are not built on any plan yet. The domain count is a cap - one more domain means Enterprise, not an add-on.
- Enterprise
- More domains than Pro allows, 50 seats, and organisations and teams so each business unit sees only its own domains - built in the service, but not yet reachable from this site, so there is no way to invite anyone today. The domain allowance is not published, because the billing table and the agreed plan structure do not yet name the same number. Set up by hand - email support to start one.
- DMARC Credit
- The unit usage beyond an allowance is intended to be metered in. Seats do not track cost - one person watching a great many busy domains costs far more than a team watching one quiet one - so the credit meters the thing that actually scales. Nothing counts credits yet.
- Spend cap
- A maximum you would authorise, above which nothing would be charged without asking you again. It is a field on your account that nothing reads yet, because nothing charges yet.
The intent at the cap is that the service slows rather than stops - reports keep being ingested, processing takes lower priority, alerts become less frequent, nothing is dropped. None of that behaviour exists yet; today there is no cap to reach.
What to do next
Nothing on this page needs a decision today. The free check is not yet reachable from this site - the engine is finished, but nothing here can call it, so running one returns an error today. When it is wired up it will cost nothing whether or not you ever pay, and it is what we would point you at first to find out whether you have a problem worth paying to solve.
What the limits mean once you have an account - which domain counts against which allowance - is covered by plans and limits in your panel's help, because it only describes things you can see once you are signed in.
What this screen does not do
There is no way to buy anything: no checkout, no card on file, no plan change. Billing is being built - see the roadmap.
The cost calculator on the pricing page asks the pricing service for a quote rather than working one out in your browser, so it needs to reach that service - and it is not yet reachable from every host this site is published on. Where it is not, asking for a price says so instead of showing you a figure that came from somewhere else.
